CAPE CLASSIC
Day 1: We will collect the clients at Cape Town International Airport on their arrival and transfer to the Radisson Blu Le Vendome Hotel where we will be staying for 2 nights.
Depending on their arrival time and the weather, we can start the trip with a scenic coastal drive to Hout flay for a scafood lunch at the Mariner’s Warf. Thereafter drive to Cape Point Nature Peservc and then back to the hotel for cocktails before dinner.
Day 2: Do, Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. A visit to the Aquarium at the Waterfront, the Zeiz Museum and more.
Day 3: Depart after breakfast and drive to Ceres do a Cheese & Wine pairing at Fairview on the way. Arrive in the afternoon to Gys se Huis in the Kouebokkeveld where we will be staying for 2 nights.
Start with evening Duckshoot have a traditional Braai for dinner.
Day 4: Full day Cape Spurfowl hunt with a field lunch , back in time for Cocktails & Dinner .
Day 5: Moving to Eagles Rest early next morning doing a Giunea Fowl & Greywing Partriges shoot at Rhodona .
Day 6: Early morning Goose & Spurwing hunt at Voelvlei with a field
Breakfast & return for more Birdhunting at Draaihoek & Die Wingerd in the afternoon.
Day 7: Pack up & drive to Bredasdorp , do an afternoon rough shoot, staying for 2 nights at Nachwacht .
Day 8: More mixed shooting next morning, have lunch at the Beach Shack , visiting L’Agulhas the most Southern Point of Africa.
Day 9: Drive to Stellenbosch, staying at the Eendraght Private Hotel for 2 nights. Visiting Van Ryn’s Brandy Museum for a Brandy & Cholaclate pairing.Dinner at the Fat Butcher.
Day 10: Visit Sevenwacht Winery where Hagen will present a wine tasting driving to Franshoek for more wine tasting at Boschendal . Last evening dinner with traditional South African food at Die Volkskombuis .
NEXT DAY BREAKFAST , DRIVE TO CAPE TOWN AIRPORT FOR HOME DEPARTURE .
